Two things - when working towards ranking in local search, it's important for your information to be identical across all points where it's entered....InfoUSA, Google Business, etc. So, if your cell phone's area code is the same as the local you are trying to rank for, and it's what is used at InfoUSA, Google Business, Yellow Pages, etc. I think you'd totally be fine. But, in my opinion, if your cell area code is the same as your business phone and location, and you list your cell phone as your business number everywhere, I think you'd be fine using that....
