Social Media Marketing and Starting an Online Business – We all need more information – something that will help us deliver better results for our clients, to work smarter and save time to keep our sanity, and a reality check every now and then. We also need focused information, and not information overload. Just about everyone is familiar with the “Dummies” series of books, and some of them provide a good outline or high level and/or basic overview of what is going on, and are a good start. Specifically, some of the cheat sheets are good resources. Those are also available online. There are online resources for Social Media Markeing, Starting an Online Business, and many other topics. Twitter is over capacity. Please wait a minute and try again. Must be a nice problem, I guess… If I had a site selling something, or making money on advertising, which this site does in some ways, with affiliate links, and through the sales of my services, helping quite a few of my clients rank in the top of the search results for a number of their keyword terms, if I had such demand for the content and services on my site that it was over capacity, I’d have more business than I could handle. I’d also loose a few customers, probably make a few mad, and loose advertising revenue. I’m wondering how a social media site like Twitter, who KNOWS they are big and growing exponentially, makes a TON from advertising revenue, etc. can’t manage to scale their hosting and capacity. Both a good and bad problem… Tweet…

Twitter – How to get tons of targeted followers quick, for free, and without having to buy sofware, or spend much time on it….

If you are on Twitter and want a ton of new followers quickly, targeted geographically, by keywords, interests, etc. there are tools such as TweetAdder that you can get where you can choose to follow people based on keywords, zip codes, etc etc. There are other tools such as Twitter Mutuality which removes people from your Twitter account who aren’t following you as well.

There is a very easy way to get followers without purchasing or getting tools and spending time with it. You can simply make relevant posts including the keywords you want followers in the areas of and let THEM use these tools to find you. Simply monitor your inbox, check out their accounts quickly, and add them as well. You will quickly add up your followers. It may not be as fast as using these tools, but it’s also cheaper, and you don’t have to learn to use and install yet another program, or hire someone to do it for you.
